What do I need?

ā€‹

  • A mat, preferably at least 1/4“ thick. A blanket or large towel can work if you’re on a rug or carpet. The surface should be firm but well padded enough to be comfortable lying down for an extended period of time.ā€‹

ā€‹

  • A few towels to use for props (ideally 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels)

ā€‹

  • Any props you may have: balls, rollers, bands, blocks, etc. – we will play!!!

ā€‹

  • Set your camera with the full mat & some space above it in the frame

ā€‹

ā€‹

How do we connect?

ā€‹

  • via Zoom, FaceTime, or Skype

ā€‹

  • Close all other browsers & windows to optimize connection speed

ā€‹

  • I'll send you a Zoom link, or FaceTime me at our scheduled time

ā€‹

ā€‹

Do we need to be in the same time zone?

ā€‹

  • No. I keep flexible hours to accommodate my international clientele.

ā€‹

ā€‹

What are the advantages of online sessions?

ā€‹

  • We create a 'gym' in your own home using props, furniture, we may even raid the kitchen cabinet!

ā€‹ā€‹

  • Clients work out more consistently when they can incorporate it into their daily life instead of having to travel to the gym or studio.

ā€‹

  • You don't need to miss your sessions due to injuries, illness, transportation issues, inclement weather, or vacations.

ā€‹

  • Your pets will love it!!!ā€‹
